Refund Policy

Submit a request to cancel to support@bestofvotingsystem.com within 30 days of purchase. You will receive a refund less the set-up fee of $497. Set-up fee of $497 is non-refundable.

Within 60 days of start of voting, all sales are final.

Payment Policy

ACCEPTING PAYMENTS

Payments are accepted for the current upcoming years Best of Las  Vegas competition only. 

PAY IN FULL PAYMENTS

1) "Pay In Full" payments are accepted all year. You will receive a receipt of payment by email following your payment.  

2) You will receive your onboarding email to set up your account approximately 60 days prior to the first day of voting. If you've purchased a voting system within 60 days of the first day of voting, you will receive your onboarding email immediately following your payment.

PAY OVER TIME PAYMENTS

1) "Pay over time" payments are offered for a limited time throughout the year.  You will receive a receipt of payment by email following your payment

2) You will receive your onboarding email to set up your account after your account has been paid in full and approximately 60 days prior to the first day of voting.

Exclusive Use Category Disclaimer

EXCLUSIVE CATEGORIES

Categories you REGISTER will be exclusive to you! You MUST REGISTER ALL your categories!

Unregistered categories cannot be used with BEST OF Voting System. Any account found to have unregistered categories on their Best of Las Vegas Consolidated Voting Page will have there BEST OF Voting System account immediately deactivated.

Once the unregistered categories have been removed from the Consolidated Voting Page with Best of Las Vegas, or paid for to BEST OF Voting System, we will reactivate your account.

BEST OF Voting System and affiliate businesses is not liable for any damages or loss of votes for account deactivation.

We do not guarantee immediate reactivation of your account as we are very busy during the voting run.

Please make sure to register your categories immediately and lock-in your categories for your exclusive use with our system.
